Updated my site with my GW ficlet "False" and my two Sentinel Thursday ficlets, "Clue" and "Cluing In". New chapters of Casey Valhalla's "Glory" and Chiya's "Seeking the Light" are up as well.

Also added a link from my homepage to the 2004 Fans of Garret's Moonridge Auction site. You can find out more at the site itself but I'm mentioning it here since I've donated a couple of fics (one GW, one either GW or The Sentinel) to the auction. Details as to exactly what that means and what the "winner" gets can be found at the site.

Your link doesn't work, but I found the right one:

That's a really cool idea for raising money. I've seen something similar done in the US to raise money for a political campaign. I wish them a lot of good luck.

*doh!* I didn't bother checking whether it worked; I just assumed because I copied-and-pasted from the site that it would work. I've edited the link here and on my site now so that it should work properly. Thanks for the heads-up!

I thought it was a neat fundraising idea and the Moonridge Animal Park is a good cause so I figured what the heck, I'd donate a couple of stories. Whether anyone will end up bidding on them or not is another question entirely! *lol*

I think I'll put the link up on my LJ, too. I didn't put the one up for the political one since it was only for one party, but I doubt anyone will object to a charity like this.

I may end up bidding on a story from you. If you see that I haven't near the end of the auction, poke me. *grin*

Thanks for helping spread the word about the auction; they've got a lot of neat stuff listed. Some items are already up at thefreeauction.com but the fan group is far from done listing things (I know that my own stories weren't up when I checked an hour or so ago, only about 150 of the over 450 items were listed at that point).

I may end up bidding on a story from you. If you see that I haven't near the end of the auction, poke me. *grin*

*writes note to self* 'Poke Sharon near end of auction...' *grin* Okay, will do!

I linked here from Sharon's LJ. Mind if I friend you to keep up with your fiction? Someone else who loves GW and Sentinel both! *squeals*

Sure, go ahead and friend me. I don't mind how many people friend me, I just don't necessarily friend them back unless I'm keeping up with their site updates or stories or something. I just don't have the time to read through that many posts... At least, not if I want to spend any time writing! *grins*

*Looks at my huge friends list and winces* I have the same problem.

I often friend someone to keep track of something they're writing that I'm enjoying. Thanks.

I think that's a wonderful idea. If I were more of an active writer, I'd consider donating; but I'm never really motivated enough to finish.

Hope the auction runs well!!!
