Hopefully I'll be able to do a site update, including a new LWH installment, tomorrow night. Most of the weekend was spent on horse-related business. Namely, riding yesterday in preparation for a visit for potential buyers today. Looks like - despite the fact that said horse threw a hissy-fit and reared up and generally acted like a brat while I was riding yesterday - the potential buyers are indeed going to take her. They weren't at all disturbed by hearing how she'd acted; they're used to training very green (i.e. inexperienced) and high-spirited horses. I'm not; the horse scared the h-e-double-hockey-sticks out of me with that little stunt yesterday. I'm just impressed that I managed not to fall off the crazy beast. Thanks to a quick application of ice, I just have a slightly swollen lower lip and rather sore nose and cheekbone where she nailed me with her hard head when she reared up. (yes, this is the same horse that's gotten me injured twice previously) For some reason, I won't be too terribly sorry to see her leave at the end of the week...

So - the weekend was an almost complete bust for getting much accomplished writing-wise but I did get a *little* work done. If all goes well tomorrow, I'll get a site update ready and things will be back on track. I hope.

*smirks anticipating pleasant dreams about the horse's departure...*
