Well, one sunburn and one lousy third place ribbon later, I'm back from the horse show. Why do I do this again? Oh yeah, it's supposed to be fun... Hrm. Maybe I need to rethink my definition of "fun"...

Anyway, just posted "Fragments" Chapter 34 on my site, Mediaminer, and the MLs. One of the longer chapters in the fic... Enjoy folks, there's not much more left of this one...

Other website stuff: added Chapters 18-20 of Nomi's "D.C. Saga".

I use to do barrel racing. After a lot of sweat and bruises and hauling horses around, and yeah, a few ribbons to show for it all, I still look back on it as a fond memory. ^_^ Not sure why either.

Fragments was really great. I loved your slow psychological progression in this. So many people jump from A to B and never consider how someone in RL would react to a situation like that. There wouldn't be instant trust, definitely. I've really enjoyed this story.

Horse shows are definitely a strange phenomenon. Why *do* people spend all that time and effort for the sake of a few little bits of ribbon - if they're lucky? *shakes head* I dunno.

Glad you're enjoying the progression; I'm driving some folks nuts with it. *snicker* Too slow to suit some people... But I really couldn't see how Duo would be able to just instantly open up to Heero after everything that had happened before.

I know nothing of horses...

Thanks! I really don't have the money invested in super-expensive equipment (harness and cart/wagon) to win too terribly much at these things but it's nice to win something once in a while...
