Gundam Wing Doujinshis For Sale

My collection of "stuff" has gotten seriously out of hand. In the interests of freeing up some storage space - and incidentally helping to pay for my next laptop replacement, as my current one just isn't handling the demands I'm putting on it lately - I've started sorting through my Rubbermaid bins full of doujinshi and zines.

For now, here's the first batch of Gundam Wing doujinshi that I'm offering for sale on a first come, first serve basis. Since I have no clue what I paid for most of these, I'm going to put a flat price of $10 each, or 3 for $25, on them for now. Other deals can be arranged if you want to buy a larger number of djs. If the price is too high or too low, hopefully someone with a better idea of the values will give me a heads-up. *sweatdrops* Shipping will be the actual postage charges. Doujinshi scans are from my actual copies; where available, detailed DJ info (the bullet-point lists) has been copied from Mind Education: Kagenami Q's Gundam Wing Doujinshi Reference Digs. Please note that, while I have not posted any explicit pages from any doujinshi, many of these do contain explicit yaoi sex; please do not attempt to buy them if you are not above the age of majority in your country. If you wish to have the presence or absence of explicit images in a specific dj confirmed, please ask and I will check. Any that I have already checked for someone will have a note regarding that information added. Thanks!

I'm being utterly ruthless with all of my collections for the simple reason that I'm starting to feel positively claustrophobic due to the bins and bins of stuff lining the walls of my computer room. Every bin that I manage to clear out brings a little relief but still... *eyes stacks of painstakingly collected doujinshis and whimpers* ...it's not easy getting rid of most of this...

On the other hand, I've promised myself that if I can get enough cash back out of what I'm clearing out of here, I'm springing for the 17" Sager 5793 laptop from Xoticpc.com instead of settling for the plain old 15.4" run-of-the-mill Dell that's otherwise in the budget. It helps to have a tangible goal in mind when clearing things out, I've found. *nods and tackles stack with new resolve*

I don't think that I have Hikkousen but I do have Megacycle 2, 3, & 4. I could have sworn that I had Megacycle 1 as well, but I haven't come across it yet. I've actually considered getting someone to translate Megacycle as the images intrigue me greatly and I'd love to know what the storyline actually is! I'll set the Megacycle ones aside with the others for you for the moment and see if I can track down Megacycle 1. I really am sure that I had it...

THANK YOU! I have Megacycle 4 already, so I know how it ends but I'd love to see the rest of it. haha And I was contemplating scanlating it myself with my rudimentary Japanese. But we'll see about that. Reading handwritten Japanese is a lot harder than the printed stuff. I'll take 1-3 anyway, or 2-3 if you can't find 1.
Too bad about Hikousen though, NOBODY has that one. XD;

I've made it through the whole lot and can't find Megacycle 1. I could have sworn that I had it, but maybe not. Umm, since you do read Japanese, do you want Love Songs, the all-text-stories dj? I'll toss it in as a freebie with the others if you're interested. I think it was an eBay purchase that I bought for the very pretty cover and was sorely disappointed in when it arrived and turned out that the cover and couple of other pics were the sum total of the artwork. :(

Anyway, I've finished posting everything that's for sale at this point, so if you want to take a look and see if there's anything else that you're interested in, go ahead. Since you're taking quite a few, I'll tell you the same thing that I told ravensilver, which is that I'll give you a little better deal than the original $10 each or 3 for $25.

I've taken a look through the other sales posts, but I think I'm good with what I have so far. The only other thing that would have tempted me would have been some 25 Ans doujinshi, but luckily(?) you didn't post any. XD; haha My wallet is going to hate me after this. The cover of Love Hysteria is very tempting...and yes, I'm with the majority that a cover can sell me on a dj. You mentioned confirming the level of explicit artwork. Would you, please?

I just did a quick page-through of Love Hysteria and there isn't any explicit artwork in that one. Not even anything particularly suggestive, in fact. Duo holds up some photos of Heero showering on one page, but there's no visible full-body nudity even there (Duo's hand hides the lower part of the photo). The whole doujinshi is printed on heavy paper, more like cover stock. If you want me to set it aside for you until I finish listing the rest of what I'm selling, I'll be glad to do so. I've still got at least another 20-30 to scan for samples and list, depending how many I keep from the remainder of my collection.

I'm hoping to get the rest posted by Wednesday at the latest (though I'm admittedly possibly being a bit optimistic with that date) but I've reserved Boo Boo for you until then. Gundam Wing Book 1 & 2 really are pretty hefty (though not nearly as bad as Mark Heart 1 & 2, which I'm just about to list as a separate post). You should be able to find something else of interest in the remaining items, I imagine. If you're looking for a particular type of doujinshi and have trouble finding it in the listings, just ask and I'll see if I can figure out what would best fit your interest.

Hmm, in terms of Japanese doujinshi, I don't really mind about the story so much since I won't be able to understand much anyway. XD Anything with the pilots in it is good, especially Heero and/or Duo. Pretty art is a must as well ^_^ I do believe you can sell manga just because of the art.

Could you please check what 'Dakara' 'Brand Kiss' and 'Love Phantom" are about and also whether there's explicit content? Such pretty art~!

I quite like the watercolour style back covers of the 'Unmei" series by Sango Show, but I think I'm being a little greedy to want so many...

Neither "Dakara" nor "Love Phantom" have explicit content (though "Love Phantom" has a couple of suggestive panels). "Brand Kiss" has one or two panels of suggestive content and one page with nudity that doesn't actually show anything. All three would qualify as 2x1, I think, despite the overall lack of explicit images.

"Brand Kiss" actually has several pages of Duo and Heero just kissing. ;) There's a review of "Brand Kiss" on the reviews page at jpqueen.com (http://www.jpqueen.com/onlineshop/reviews.asp?REVIEW_CID=11690) that explains a bit about the stories in the dj.

The "Unmei" djs have their prettiest art on the covers, frankly. I fell in love with the covers myself, which is why I bought them. The interior art is still quite attractive, but the story content is... :P Well, Heero is very much a victim, Wufei's a rapist, and Trowa's not exactly a nice guy either. Duo's an okay guy, mind you, but... Well, it's not one of my favourites. I never bothered trying to track down the other volumes of the series.

Oh WOW!!! I have had one HELL of a time finding any Gundam Wing Doujinshi.
I would like to buy "COLORS CLUB JR. Unknown Title Green cover 2x1"
and "TRUE COLORS".
There are several others I'm looking at but with everything gooing up I'm not sure I can**cries** and I really wish I could too. It sucks that I won't get my rent rebate till June or July. I'd buy the whole damn lot of your DJ's If I had that money now. lol. Uhhh. If you could find out how much postage would be on the two DJ I'd greatly appreciate it.
