GW WIP Contest - addresses needed!

Pale Rider - "Whispering Pines"
Zillie - "Road Trip"
I need valid contact information for these two. Also, if anyone knows/chats with any of the authors who are listed as having two nominations (other than CYT/Arithion for "Last Resort"), just check that they know they've been nominated and should contact me sometime before the end of this month, please? The receipt confirmations and read confirmations for the notification emails aren't coming back to me for any of them so I'm not sure if the messages are even getting through (or if the mail servers are just being stupid by not sending the requested receipts).
I've sent out a second notification message to those who were previously notified (and were requested to respond by the end of September) and first notification to the three who were not contacted before. Hopefully I'll get a few more responses back.
