Fragments Chapter 31 up.

Just posted Chapter 31 of "Fragments". It's up on my site and the MLs and will be on Mediaminer - whenever I manage to get into my chapter manager there. I'm starting to seriously consider dropping Mediaminer; this is getting to be more trouble than it's worth.
